LightFest

Light City Baltimore

Light City Baltimore is a festival of light, music and innovation that features illuminated visual artworks, pop-up performances, musical performances and concerts, all free and open to the public which is usually in early April. Communities throughout Baltimore are paired with artists. This year, Joe Reinsel was paired with Little Italy. He will use media, video and sound to explore ideas about architectural space, time and touch. His work considers interaction and the environment such as video work for public installation, collective storytelling and interactive exhibitions.
